When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on the products you order. 

Apparel products typically take:

  • US: 1-2 Weeks
  • International: 3-4 Weeks

Handmade products like Ratencio handmade figurine. And some other specific products in the page are being sent from Mexico and It will take different shipping times.

  • Mexico: 1-2 Weeks
  • International: 3-4 Weeks

Can I track my order?

  • All physical products will be sent with a tracking code that we will e-mail to you so you can be checking your order status.
  • For specific package location updates, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Our customer service team has the same information you can see with your tracking number.

To ensure successful delivery, it's helpful to regularly check your tracking updates, especially if you expect to be unavailable during delivery.

What is "Nivora Animation"?

Nivora Animation is my animator's nickname which I use to create creatures, animals and different animated characters. I grew up consuming a lot of animation and I developed a strong passion for it, one day I started animating on a post-it notebook and one of my first animations was a Carnivorous plant. In spanish this is called "Planta Carnivora" so I took that last part to create the name. "Nivora Animation". 

How Nivora Animation was born?

I've been animating for almost 12 years as a hobby and other 4 professionally in the animation industry (shortfilms, commercials, music videos and more). One day I realized I love to use my animation knowledge to create my own characters and to make people laugh and have fun with short animations. 

What does Nivora Animation has to do with Ratencio?

I created Ratencio, so ratencio is part of "Nivora Animation" many people don't know this because Ratencio has his own account. I run both accounts :)
